Balsamic and Basil Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/8 oz basil; freshly minced
  • 3/4 tsp garlic, freshly minced
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 3/4 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 3/8 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

In a blender or food processor, thoroughly blend all ingredients except for the olive oil.

Using a whisk, slowly whisk in the olive oil.

Can be stored in refrigerator up to two days.
