Easy Chicken Tetrazzini Revised 6pts

Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 12 ounces cooked chicken breast meat, ( can also use leftover turkey breast meat too.)
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese 50% less fat, shredded
- 4 ounces dry spaghetti, cooked according to package directions, drained

Preparation
Step 1
Break spaghetti in half and cook as directed on package until al dente; drain. Saute onions in a little cooking spray or 2 tsp butter or margarine. Thoroughly mix onions and remaining ingredients with spaghetti in a large bowl. Put spaghetti mixture in a 2 quart baking dish. May cook right away or freeze to cook later.
To prepare for serving, thaw tetrazzini and put in a baking dish. Bake uncovered in a preheated 350 degree oven untill bubbly, about 30 to 40 minutes.
