Baker's Icing (Susie's Recips)

Ingredients

• 2 lbs (1 large bag) powdered sugar
• 1 1/3 c shortening (do not use margarine or butter)
• 1/2 c water (at least....may need a tad more)
• 1 t vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first 3 ingredients thoroughly, then add the vanilla.

Frosting keeps well in a covered container.
