Chocolate Funny Cake Pie

Ingredients

• 1 Cup Sugar
• 1/4 Cup Butter
• 1/2 Cup Milk
• 1 Egg, beaten
• 1 Cup Flour
• 1 tsp. Baking Powder
• 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
• 4 Tbs. Cocoa
• 1/2 Cup Sugar
• 6 Tbs. Water
• 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
• 1 9" Unbaked Pie Shell

Preparation

Step 1

Cream together 1 cup sugar and butter. Beat together milk and egg. Pour into creamed mixture, alternating with flour and baking powder. Add the vanilla. Spoon into unbaked pie shell. Mix the cocoa and 1/2 cup sugar. Gradually stir in water and vanilla. Pour over batter in pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until firm.
