Ingredients
- Icing:
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 box strawberry gelatin
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1/2 c. berries
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1/2 c. pecans
- 1 T. milk
Preparation
Step 1
Blend together cake mix and gelatin. Add oil and milk. Beat and add eggs, 1 at a time. Beat until eggs are well blended. Fold into batter, the berries, coconut and pecans. Pour into pan or pans. (I use a 11 x 14-inch.) Bake at 350 degrees. Store in cool place or refrigerator.
