Beef Stirfry Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 lb top sirloin
  • 1 Tbsp dark sesame oil
  • 3 cans beef broth (14 oz each)
  • 1 bag frozen stir fry veggies
  • 3 green onions
  • 1/4 cup Stir Fry Sauce
  • salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Brown beef in sesame oil until cooked. Remove beef from pan and add broth. Bring to a boil and add the stir fry veggies. Cook veggies for 3-5 minutes or until done. Add the beef back into the pan. Add green onions and stir fry sauce, reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
