Ingredients
- 4 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, (1t dried)
- 2 teaspoons fresh sage, (1t dried)
- 16 ounces T-bone steak, 1 1/2" thick (to yeild 16oz of trimmed cooked meat -so your actual steak you need to buy bone-in will be about 1 1/2 pounds)
- salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat broiler. Spray rack with non-stick cooking spray.
In small bowl, mix oil, rosemary, and sage. Rub steak with herb mixture.
Broil steak 3" from heat, 6 minutes for rare, turning once, or until cooked to desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper as soon as steak is done. Slice and Serve.
