  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Carrots
  • Celery
  • 1/2 c red wine
  • 1 c water
  • Soya Sauce
  • 1/4 c brandy
  • Juice of 2 oranges

Preparation

Step 1

Fry on sides. Spill out oil. Fry onions, garlic, carrots, celery. Add red wine, and water. Add soya sauce. Cut duck. Put in upside down and add brandy, Cook for 1 hr. Add orange juice and cook until tender.
