Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. Bacon
  • 1 Cup Swiss Cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 Cup Minced Onion
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Can (12 oz.) Evaporated Milk
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/8 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 Tbs. Sugar

Step 1

Fry, drain and crumble bacon. Arrange in glass pie plate. Top with shredded Swiss cheese. In a bowl, combine all remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over bacon and cheese. Microwave at 80% power for 10-12 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 2-3 minutes before cutting. Serve.
