    Cups Sifted Flour

  • 1 1/2

    tsp. Baking Powder

  • 1

    tsp. Baking Soda

  • 1/2

    Cup Butter

  • 1

    Cup Sugar

  • 2

    Eggs

  • 1

    Cup Sour Cream

  • 1

    tsp. Vanilla

  • Topping:

  • 1/2

    Cup Sugar

  • 1

    tsp. Cinnamon

  • 6

    oz. Chocolate Chips

Directions

Mix flour, baking powder, and baking soda and set aside. Cream together butter and sugar and add eggs. Mix well. Add flour mixture to creamed mixture, alternating with sour cream. Add vanilla and mix well. To prepare topping, combine sugar and cinnamon and set aside. Spoon 1/2 of cake batter into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle 1/2 the topping and 1/2 the chocolate chips. Top with remaining batter. Sprinkle with remaining topping and chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
