Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1 Duncan Hines butter cake mix
- 1 (11-oz.) can mandarin oranges (with juice)
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 4 eggs
- 1 (8-oz.) ctn. Cool Whip
- 1 can crushed pineapple (with juice)
- 1 box vanilla instant pudding
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together first 4 ingredients with mixer until oranges are chopped good. Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan for 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool before icing. Mix topping ingredients together, then spread on cooled cake. Put in refrigerator until icing sets up.
