Ingredients

  • Icing:
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1/2 c. cocoa
  • 2 c. sugar
  • Pinch salt
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 c. cocoa
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 T. vanilla
  • 3 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter. Add cocoa, sugar, salt and eggs. Mix well. Add flour and pecans. Mix well. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Do not overbake. Cool completely and spread just enough marshmallow creme to cover. Icing: Melt butter. Mix in cocoa, milk, vanilla and powdered sugar. Beat well and spread over top.
