Ingredients

  • 6 slightly beaten eggs
  • 4 cups milk
  • 5 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • Ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt

Step 1

1. Combine eggs, milk, rice, sugar, raisins, vanilla and 1 tsp salt. Mix well.
2. Bake in 9 x 13 pan @325 for 25 minutes.
3. Stir. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Continue baking til knife comes out clean ... 20 - 25 minutes longer.
4. Serve warm or chilled
