Strawberry Soup (Rochel Greenberg)

Ingredients

  • 1 1b frozen rhubarb
  • 3 1/2 cups water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp dried lemon peel-optional
  • 1 bag frozen strawberries

Preparation

Step 1

boil water with rhubarb and sugar

lower and simmer for 20 minutes

blend in frozen strawberries

refrigerate
