Babganoush from Lele

Ingredients

  • 3 cloves fresh garlic
  • 1 cup mayo
  • salt
  • pepper
  • lemon juice
  • eggplant

Preparation

Step 1

Bake eggplant for 1-1.5 hours
Scoop out inside, try to remove seeds

put everything into food processor

when using Ninja, chop garlic first then blend in eggplant. push only a few times to keep thicker consistency.

blend well and refrigerate
