  • 1/2 Loaf Bread
  • 2 Cans Mushroom soup
  • 4 Soup Cans of Water
  • 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 2 Soup Cans of Water
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 3 lbs. Ground Beef or Turkey
  • 1 Large Onion, chopped
  • 1 Large Pkg. Noodles
  • 1 Pint Peas



Step 1

Toast and butter 1/2 loaf of bread. In a large bowl, combine mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, waters, and sour cream and mix well. Brown ground beef with onion and drain off excess fat. In a saucepan cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Pour into a roast pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
