Banana Split Cake

Ingredients

  • 20 graham cracker, made into crumbs
  • 1 stick oleo, melted
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 sticks oleo, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 lg. bananas
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (12-oz.) pkg. Cool Whip
  • Nuts
  • Cherries

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cracker crumbs and oleo. Put in 9 x 13-inch dish for crust. Beat together powdered sugar, softened oleo and eggs. Beat until creamy. Spread over crumbs. Spread sliced bananas and drained pineapple in order. Top with Cool Whip. Put nuts and cherries on top for garnish. Refrigerate overnight.
