Healthy Banana Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 T. unsaturated oil
  • 3 mashed, ripe bananas
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray pan with Pam. Mix all ingredients and pour into pan. If using 2-layer cake pans, bake for 25 minutes. For a 9 x 13-inch pan, bake for 30 minutes.
