Applesauce Cake

Ingredients

• 2/3 c. oleo
• 1/4 c. white sugar
• 1 c. brown sugar
• 1 c. applesauce
• 3/4 c. apple butter
• 1/2 c. water
• 1 1/4 tsp. soda
• 1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
• 1 1/3 tsp. baking soda
• 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp. cloves
• 3/4 tsp. allspice
• 1 1/4 tsp. salt
• 3 eggs
• 3 c. flour
• Nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and put into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 to 3/4 hour until done. Sprinkle white sugar on top about 15 minutes before done.
