Breakfast Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup chopped onion (white or green)
  • 1/2 cup chopped ham, bacon, or sausage (cooked)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 t salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Put meat, onions, and cheese on bottom of pie or quiche pan. Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over top.

Bake at375 for 25 minutes or until eggs are set.
