Soy-Glazed Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chicken thighs (or breast)
  • 2 T each soy sauce, honey, lime juice

Preparation

Step 1

Marinate and grill.

Or chop, marinate and stir fry. Thicken sauce w/slurry.

Serve with cilantro rice.
