Ingredients
- 1 1/4 Lbs. Ground Beef
- 1/2 Cup Onion, chopped
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 3/4 Cup Uncooked Rice
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 Head Cabbage
- 1 Can Tomato Soup
- 1 1/2 Soup Cans of Water
- 1 Cup Spaghetti Sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Combine ground meat, onion, eggs, rice, salt and pepper and mix well. Form into balls and arrange in casserole dish. Shred cabbage over and around meatballs. In a bowl combine soup, water, and sauce. Pour over cabbage and meat. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 325 and bake 1 hour longer, stirring occasionally to keep juice on cabbage.
