Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 T. instant minced onion
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400°. Mix ingredients and shape into 1 inch balls. Bake 10 minutes or until done. Makes about 35 meatballs
