Shrimp Fajitas

Ingredients
- 1-2 tsp chili powder (more if you like it spicy)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 bell peppers, chopped (green, red, orange, yellow - whatever you like)
- 12 oz. shrimp, raw
- 4 whole wheat tortillas

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut onion and peppers into thin strips.
2. Chop garlic.
3. Coat skillet with olive oil and heat on med-high.
4. Add the shrimp, onions, green and red peppers and garlic for about 5 minutes or until shrimp is opaque and veggies are tender, stirring frequently.
5. Stir in chili powder and cook for 1 minute.
6. Warm tortillas in microwave for 30 seconds.
7. Spoon fajita mixture over tortilla and top with salsa.
