MEATBALL STEW: Sue Hanson

Ingredients

  • 1 -recipe meatballs (see recipe under “beef”)
  • 1 - 16 oz. can tomatoes, cut up
  • 1 – 16 oz. can sliced potatoes
  • 1 small pkg. mixed vegetables (frozen)
  • 1 – 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1-cup water
  • 1 beef bouillon cube or 2 tsp. instant beef bouillon
  • Green onion, chopped to taste

Preparation

Step 1

In large kettle, combine meatballs, tomatoes, potatoes (with the liquid), and all remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
