Sweet & Spicy Asian Pork Shoulder
- 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 to 2 tablespoons chili-garlic sauce
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder
- 2 lbs pork shoulder, trimmed and cut into 2 inch pieces
1. Combine soy sauce through five-spice powder in a medium bowl & stir until blended.
2. Place pork in crock pot and pour sauce over top.
3. Cook on low heat for 8 hours.
4. Serve with steamed rice & broccoli.
