Ingredients
- 3/4 C red wine
- 2 medium garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Tbl. olive oil
- 1 Tbl. fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbl. fresh orange juice
- 1 tsp. orange zest
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Step 1
Combine all ingredients except flank steak in a medium mixing bowl and wisk until well combined. Taste for seasoning. Flatten out the flank steak in a large, shallow, non-aluminum dish or large plastic bag. Pour the marinade over and marinate 2-4 hours in the fridge. Prepare grill for medium-high grilling. Remove steak from marinage and grill 3 inches from the flame, 5-7 minutes per side for medium rare. Place on a carving platter and slice thinly against the grain. Serve immediately.
