Ingredients

  • 4 lb corned beef
  • 24 oz dark or heavy beer
  • 2 c beef broth
  • 1/2 onion quartered
  • 1 orange, sliced with rind
  • 2 tbl (heaping) garlic
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • corned beef spice packet

Preparation

Step 1

Add all ingridients to pressure cooker. Add more broth as needed to cover meat.
Bring to pressure on med. high heat (7) on electric stove at 2 pressure setting. When pressure reached, cook for 50 min. on low (3 - 4 ). COS altitute. Remove beef and place in bowl; cover with foil and towel for 15 min.
