Ingredients
- 1 (3-oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
- 1 med. can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 c. drained pineapple juice
- 2 (3-oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 to 1 c. celery, finely chopped
- 2/3 c. nuts, chopped
- 1/2 pt. whipped cream
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 sm. jar maraschino cherries, halved, drained and chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Heat pineapple juice to boiling. Dissolve gelatin and salt in juice; cool. Mix softened cream cheese; add celery, nuts, pineapple and cherries in with thickened Jello. Add whipped cream. Chill.
