Maryland Crab Cakes

  • 1 Lb. Crab Meat
  • 1 Cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1/2 tsp. Parsley Flakes
  • 1 tsp. Onion Flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Dry Mustard
  • 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • Cooking Oil



Step 1

Pick through crab meat for any leftover shells. Combine all ingredients except crab and oil and mix well. Gently fold in crab. Shape into crab cakes. Pan fry in hot oil until both sides are evenly done.
