Ingredients
- 1 (8 1/2-oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1/4 c. pineapple liquid
- 1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 T. sugar
- 1/2 c. pecans
- 1 (8-oz.) pkg. dates
- 1 c. whipped cream
Preparation
Step 1
Drain pineapple; reserve 1/4 cup liquid. Add liquid and sugar to cheese. Beat until fluffy. Add pineapple, pecans and dates. Fold in whipped cream and spoon into 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan. Freeze until firm and cut into squares.
