Ingredients
- 2/3 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon syrup
- 2 cups very well drained and pressed tofu
- 1 1/2 cups green grapes or red grapes
- 1 1/2 cups celery
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation
Step 1
Mix first 5 ingredients in large bowl then add the rest. Good for up to a week.
