Pot Pie Dough

Makes enough to serve with a 3 lb. chicken.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 Cups Flour
• 3 Tbs. Butter or Margarine
• 1/4 Cup Milk
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 1 Egg

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and work by hand until dough holds together. Roll out into thin sheet on well-floured surface and cut into squares. Drop into boiling chicken broth.
