Ingredients
- Crust:
- 2 c. cottage cheese, pressed through colander
- 1/4 pt. whipped cream
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 T. flour
- Lemon or vanilla
- 1 box Zwieback bread
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Beat the sugar, cottage cheese and flour until smooth. Add whipped cream and lemon/vanilla. Mix Zwieback bread, melted butter, 3/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Line a pie tin with crust. Fill crust with cream cheese mixture and bake in a slow 350 degree oven until firm.
