Profile Rhubarb Muffins

Ingredients

• 1 pkg Profile pancake mix
• 1/4 cup splenda
• 1 teaspoon of baking powder
• 1 egg
• 1/4 c canned rhubarb
• 1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients together. In another bowl, mix egg, rhubarb, and vanilla. Add the dry mixture and add just enough water to make a cake batter. Put in silicone muffins and bake 350 for about 12 minutes. I got 12 muffins.
