Tasty Turkey in Bar-B-Q Sauce (Crock-Pot)

Cut turkey thighs into 1" chunks. Put all ingredients except cornstarch and water into crock-pot. Cook on low for 8-12 hours. Combine cornstarch and water and stir into turkey mixture to thicken slightly. Cook on high for at least 15 minutes. Serve with cooked rice.
