Oven Fried Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 Large Potatoes
  • 1/4 Vegetable Oil
  • 1-2 Tbs. Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Paprika
  • 1/8 tsp. Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cut each unpeeled potato lengthwise into 4 wedges. Place wedges, peel side down, in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. In a bowl, combine oil, Parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and pepper and mix well. Brush mixture over potatoes. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes, basting every 15 minutes with cheese mixture. Turn potatoes and bake 15 minutes longer.
