- 6 Medium Potatoes
- 1 Medium Onion, diced
- 1 tsp. Celery Seed
- 3 Tbs. Butter
- 2 Tbs. Flour
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Pepper
- 1 3/4 Cups Milk

Preparation
Step 1
Peel and slice a layer of potatoes into greased casserole dish and sprinkle with onions and celery seed. Continue this pattern until casserole is full. Melt butter in skillet. Add flour, salt and pepper and cook until bubbly, stirring constantly. Pour white sauce over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
