Ingredients

• 1 pkg,. cream cheese (8 oz.) softened
• 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
• 6 apples, cut into wedges

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla until smooth Spread mixture on a small serving plate; top with nuts Serve with apple wedges.
