Sweet Potato Delight

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 3 Cups Sweet Potatoes, cooked and mashed
• 1/3 Cup Sugar, or less
• 2 Eggs
• 1 tsp. Vanilla or Brandy
• 1/2 Cup Milk
• 1/3 Cup Butter, melted
• 1 Cup Brown Sugar
• 1/3 Cup Flour
• 1/3 Cup Butter
• 3/4 Cup Peans

Preparation

Step 1

Beat together all sweet potato ingredients until well mixed. Spoon into greased casserole dish. Combine all topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
