MUSHROOMS****Grilled Portobello Mushrooms with Thyme and Garlic

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. chicken broth
  • 1/2 tbsp. EVOO
  • 1/2 tbsp. balsamic
  • 1 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. each finely chopped fresh thyme and rosemary
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 large portobello mushroom caps, wiped clean

Preparation

Step 1

* Marinate mushrooms at room temperature in a zip-loc bag for a few hours.

* Grill or broil until tender, about 7 minutes, turning frequently.

* Transfer to a plate or cutting board, slice thinly and serve warm.
