Ingredients
- 20 oz frozen hashbrowns, thawed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 T olive oil
- 12 eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Mix first three ingredients together and press into the bottom of muffin tins. Bake at 400 for 20 min. Crack an egg into each tin on top of the hashbrowns. Add a little salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350 for 13-15 min.
