Ingredients
- 12 large mushrooms
- 12 mushroom stems
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1/4 cup butter/marg/melted
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- sliced green onions to garnish
- chopped fresh parsely for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Gently twist stems out of mushrooms. Set mushroom caps aside.
Chop mushroom stems fairly fine. Mix with crumbs, nuts butter, garlic powder and thyme. Stuff mushrooms. Arrange on baking pan.
Garnish each with green onion and parsley. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes
