Ingredients
- 1 qt. chicken broth
- 1 small chopped onion
- 2 tbl minced garlic
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ginger, powder
- 1 tsp curry, powder
- 1 tsp, cumin, ground
- 1/2 medium head cauliflower, roughly chopped
- 1 celery stalk and leaves, chopped
- 1/2 poblano pepper, diced
- 1 potatoe, peeled and chopped into bite sized pieces
- 2 carrots, peeled and diced
- salt and pepper to taste
- cilatro, fresh choppped added as garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingridients (except cilatro) to crock pot. Cook on high for 2 hrs. Reduce to low and cook for 3 hours. Puree in food processor. Serve with cilatro topped.
