Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground pork
- 20 ginger snap cookies
- 3 tbls. soy sauce
- 1 bag angel hair coleslaw
- 2 carrots,grated
- 1 bunch green onions,chopped
- 1 jar Hoisin Sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Mix ground pork with 1 1/2 cups shredded cabbage. Crush up ginger snaps until fine and add to meat. Add in soy sauce then shape into patties. Cook over medium heat with large skillet about 8 minutes per side.
Heat tortillas until soft
Spread Hoisin Sauce on tortillas and place patty on top. Cover with carrots, green onion and cabbage then wrap tortilla closed.
