Gooey Cinnamon Roll Cake Bars

These Gooey Cinnamon Roll Cake Bars are downright sinfully delicious. Great for taking to parties too!

Ingredients

• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 1 stick softened butter, unsalted
• 1 large egg
• 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
• 1/2 cup light brown sugar, loosely packed
• 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
• 1 cup white chips
• 2 cups mini marshmallows

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a 9×13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
Place cake mix, butter and egg into a medium mixing bowl. Stir until dough forms. Press into prepared baking dish. Drizzle with sweetened condensed milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, white chips and marshmallows./li>
Bake for 30-35 minutes, until baked through. Remove from oven and let cool completely before cutting into squares.
