Ingredients
- 3 1/4 Perfect Pizza Flour Blend
- 1 1/4 tsp.salt
- 2 tbs. olive oil
- 1 1/4 cups warm water
- 2 tsp. instant yeast
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients, mix and knead in mixer until smooth, adding additional water or flour as needed. Let dough rise for 1 hour.
Turn dough out onto lightly floured surface. Fit dough into deep pan pizza dish. Allow to rise while preheating oven to 425. Just before baking prick the dough all over and brush it with olive oil. Bake for 6-8 minutes until set and beginning to brown. Top as desired and bake until the crust is golden brown and the toppings bubbly about 12 minutes.
