COOKED APPLES IN SAUCE

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup orange juice
• 1 tsp cornstarch
• 1/4 tsp allspice
• 2 apples, cut in 1 inch pieces

Preparation

Step 1

Combine OJ, cornstarch and allspice in a medium microwave safe casserole dish. Stir until smooth.

Stir in apples. Mix well.

Cover and microwave for 5 mins or until cooked.
