Dressing: Lemon Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3/8 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon dijon-style mustard
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
  • pinch black pepper freshly cracked black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In a jar or bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Mixed with a hand blender.

Shake or stir just before serving.
