Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Ground Beef
  • 1 Packet Taco Seasoning
  • 4 Eggs
  • 3/4 Cup Whole Milk
  • 1 3/4 Cups Bisquick
  • Sour cream- 1/2 cup
  • 2 Cups Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 Cup Cherub Tomatoes
  • 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Black Olives, Optional (We used and it was delish!)
  • Green Chilies, Optional (Not in the original recipe but we had on hand and was so good!)
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

Preparation

Step 1

Heat your oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a 9 x13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, beat eggs and milk together until well mixed. Then add in biscuit mix, and salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
On the skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Once finished, drain the beef.
Place beef in an even layer in the baking dish, then spread biscuit mix in an even layer on top of the beef.
Place the dish in the oven and bake until the biscuit looks golden brown, around 20-25 minutes.
Take the dish out of the oven and let it cool.
Set the toppings out in individual little bowls so everyone can customize.
